For Gift Certificates,

fill out the form and include:

1. Who the Gift Certificate is for

2. Who the Gift Certificate is from

3. The amount of the Gift Certificate

4. The address of where you would like it sent

Once we receive your request, an invoice will be sent with the amount of the Gift Certificate that you requested plus applicable shipping costs.  The Gift Certificate will come in an envelope with our logo inside of a larger addressed envelope.  The voucher does not expire, and can be used for any of our services/classes.
